Refund issue

I had someone buy something from me, and asked for a refund instantly because their address was listed wrong.  I issued the refund, but it came out of my eBay funds.  Will that come back because I never actually got the money from the buyer, or did I just get scammed?

Its just the way ebay do refunds.  You will get to keep the payment when it clears.

I had £120 in my funds.  Now it's £15.  Will it go back to £120?

It will go back to what you had minus the value of the payment.
