combining postage and partial refund

customer has just brought two items and i want to merge both items so i can send together and give her a partial refund on her postage . can anyone help ?

You can't refund postage with eBay Simple Delivery as the buyer has paid eBay,they will refund the buyer for any unused labels.

If you send together you will have to contact eBay to add your tracking number but wont receive anything for the postage
