Shipping from china

Hi I am trying to create custom diamond art that will ship to me from china 

the shipping to me is roughly 4 weeks 

I can’t seem to make delivery times longer 

I have changed address in settings where items ship from in china but I still get 1-3 days 

I have said in listing postage is up to 30 days due to the custom nature of the item.

any help or advice please

I'm not quite clear on what you're trying to do here.

The longest dispatch time you can set on a listing is 40 days.

Are you having items from China shipped directly to you first?

I’m creating custom ww2 pictures that I will be getting made in to diamond art
The shipping from the company that will make the picture to the uk is 30 days.
So I want to sell these on eBay but I can only get shipping that says 1-3 days
I have even gone settings and added the company’s address in china as where my items ship from and set custom Shipping but it still says on listing dispatched from my uk address and 1-3 days delivery.

You won't be able to set this up correctly on an iPhone, do you have access to desktop?

I'm also not quite clear if you're having the pictures sent to you first, and you then send them on to the buyer?

Sorry, I'm still not clear what you're trying to do here, you'll need to explain it so I can work out best way to move forward.

So, buyer orders something from you, is the item then sent to you or direct to the buyer? You need to have an eBay business account, and you also won't be able to give a buyers address to the company you're using to make these custom items without their permission, that breaches data protection.

It doesn't appear to be a very workable business model to me?

I am designing the diamond art and I will have a company make the item and ship directly to me.
I will then ship to buyer.
It will be a custom piece the person will be buying so I can’t just order stock diamond art.
So I need to have the option for a longer period to ship item to seller.
I hope that’s a little clearer

Okay, that's great, thanks.

So, you'll be shipping from a UK address and just need a longer dispatch time to give the manufacturer time to get the item to you and for you to then get it to the buyer.

You can set a handling/disptach time up to 40 days. Scroll down to the bottom of the listing tool to the Preferences section and select the pencil icon to edit the handling time:

Then from the dropdown menu select your handling time.
