Evri delivery

Is anyone else having trouble with Evri delivery it’s always late or not at all. Customer service is non existent. Fed up with messages it is out for delivery then to be told it will be another 10 days as an estimate.

1 day after estimated delivery date open item not received case.

Escalate on day 4.

If seller can't prove delivery, they have to refund.
