Payment on hold - Poor ebay customer sevice

I have tried to pay for some items using a voucher, my ebay balance from selling items and my own money. The transaction failed due to an error but the payment still says processing and my ebay balance has not been returned to me. 

 

After two weeks, speaking with 4 different agents, logging a customer complaint with no response or recognition and repeated failed communications I am at a loss. 

 

Does anyone have any experience of this?

I suspect that you should have read the terms of the voucher before trying to pay. I doubt it is possible to combine a payment using all three methods, voucher, Ebay bakance and bank account/card.

I think this is something only ebay can sort out.

I finally got through to a team leader who explained there is bug in the system causing the issue to numerous accounts. 

it will take upto 60 days to resolve. I did get my voucher back though.
