Selling and return fees

I sold a brand new ford transit mk 4 and 5 rear light. It was exactly as described. The buyer claims it does not fit. Who's responsibility is it to pay the return cost in this situation. Mine or his. I'm afraid buyer will do nothing and ebay will give him full refund. He asked for my address but I guess he will do nothing .

Selling and return fees

You have a No Returns on your listings.

You can send the buyer a polite message to say under eBay rules with a No Returns you do not have to accept a return for the reason....  does not fit.

If they open a case for item not as described,  this is a different matter,  and a case you'd have to accept, and refund.

My worry is he'll do nothing, and I'll loose the money and the light as
ebay favour the buyers
