Please help ,, seller baned from e bay and can’t return item as case closed ,, adviser told me last week 2nd January she passed case up to management,, rang today as ain’t herd anything,, was told case closed and all what u was told last week was pack of lies ,, please help as this first time it’s ever happened ,, item was a £200 Dyson air strait,, seller sold 6 of these so prob all stolen,, I didn’t no to after u received item,,can anyone help one advise??

Hi,, even tho I purchased the item start December,, was a Xmas present so didn’t open return to 24th December ,, ? Can’t believe adviser told me all pack lies last week,, like why ?? No record of it getting passed on to management,, unreal ,, 😞

You only have 30 days from purchase to open ebay case, they don't extend it for Christmas.
If you paid with debit or credit card or paypal, contact them to sort.

Hi,, yeah it was under the 30 days ,, each phone call to e bay put it forward to now as I was waiting on them getting back to me ,, seller is banned so no contact from them and e bay just don’t wanna no ,, ill try PayPal maybe ,, just can’t believe they treat buyers like that ,, ,, thanx mate

PayPal's Buyer protection is also 30 days, so you're too late to file a claim with them.
How did you fund your PayPal payment?
If with a debit or credit card then contact your card provider and file a not as described claim. You have 120 days to do that.
