I have been trying to contact a seller regarding a faulty product, which is under guarantee but is 6 months old. When I click on the contact seller it keeps saying ‘ something went wrong, could not load messages’ on a red banner. I have tried contacting eBay as well and same thing comes up. I have tried chatbot on contact us but because the item is over 90 days it won’t let me go further. Asked to speak to agent but says it doesn’t recognise order number so won’t put me through to a human. So frustrating! Has anybody got any ideas? I’ve searched old emails from the purchase but I haven’t got anything.
