Pre paid label issue

Hi there, I’m from the Isle of Man and unfortunately the pre paid label and QR code doesn’t work for me, I have no way to contact eBay to say I’ve posted an item to a buyer, so I can get my funds from the item, can anyone help me or assist me with this issue?

Did you then buy over the counter postage at your Post Office.

If you cannot manually change the tracking where you marked the item as dispatched,  use a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  if still not possible contact eBay Customer Services and they will change the tracking for you.

Once tracking shows delivery your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.  Or,  you'll need to wait 14 days for the payout to be released.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks for the reply back, 

so I basically made my own label and bought tracking for the package. 

I’ve messaged the buyer with the tracking number and I did speak to someone from customer service, they said that’s all I can do for now and the funds will be in my account in 14 days, seems an awful long time really.
