Your stars for the item description are quite low and most of your negative and neutral feedback is about the condition of the items you sell.
I think, rather than saying your buyers are dishonest (some of them may be, but I would think a lot of the returns are genuine), you should improve your quality control, make sure your descriptions are honest and point out any faults, and give all items a final check and clean before you send them out.
Maybe list items as 'good' rather than 'very good' and actually write a sentence in the description for each item rather than just using a copy and paste generic description.
