I have recently bought an item. Seller has contacted me to say that he cannot open the relevant page to get a QR code as it says my address is invalid. He has tried several times and I have checked my address and it is valid. The address is as per Post Office listing and I have been a member since 2005 and used this address without a problem for nearly 1000 purchases since that date. I do not want to lose this item so what can I or the seller do to correct the error. Thanks
Thanks for your help. The problem is that the address is correct and has been the same one accepted since 2005. This problem is new and stems from ebay, but I cannot find a way to speak with someone to resolve it.
