Does eBay Operate in India?

I have a potential customer who lives in India. He says eBay will not ship to India, using their Global Shipping Programne, from the UK. Is this correct?

Yes eBay GSP does not ship to India,you can send intrnationally yourself using Royal Mail etc if you wish
