Disgusting Seller

Hi there,

I have been on eBay for several years and 100% feedback and dealt with some fantastic people. 

Unfortunately I have just had a rather disgusting and upsetting encounter. 

I purchased a football top, and when received it was very clear it was a fake. I asked to return the item and the seller went on to make pretty much death threats towards my family. 

Before I go directly to the Police, I just wondered is there anywhere on eBay I can report this type of behaviour? I would not wish this on anyone else.

That's awful.   You can report the message to ebay via the three little dots at the top right of the actual message.   Odds are the threats are meaningless intimidation but see what the police say.   Don't contact the seller again.

For the top, start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
