Thanks for your response, appreciated but doesn’t explain why I can’t contact them with the tracking number ‘does not compute’. Only started using them again after some time, stopped completely now, go to Royal Mail website and pay via PayPal, at least PayPal sort these things in a few days if they occur. Had problems with them in the past, they are useless, Packlink that is, wouldn’t pay me for a damaged item, said I had to prove it wasn’t an antique, it was a Pyrex (plastic NOT glass) bowl, don’t think Pyrex were around about 100 years ago!!!!
