No refund from Packlink for postage

Hi all

I purchased a postage label via eBay and immediately cancelled (voided) as the label was incorrect. This was over 3 weeks ago and still no refund. The email received states that Royal Mail will refund my money. Contacted RM who told me eBay needs to refund the money as purchased via the site. Attempted to contact Packlink but when I inserted the tracking number of the voided label it apparently does not recognise the number and my email was going nowhere as it wouldn’t let me send without the tracking number being input! It isn’t a great deal of money but I am still due that refund and want my money. Any advice.

It can take up to 21 days for the refund to appear,  so hopefully,  and as it's a weekend,  you may need to wait for the first business days, next week,  for it to show.

Thanks for your response, appreciated but doesn’t explain why I can’t contact them with the tracking number ‘does not compute’. Only started using them again after some time, stopped completely now, go to Royal Mail website and pay via PayPal, at least PayPal sort these things in a few days if they occur. Had problems with them in the past, they are useless, Packlink that is, wouldn’t pay me for a damaged item, said I had to prove it wasn’t an antique, it was a Pyrex (plastic NOT glass) bowl, don’t think Pyrex were around about 100 years ago!!!!
