One thing that was very much an inconvenience when switching to a Royal Mail business account for eBay sales, was the inability to merge orders from repeat buyers. I offer free postage on all my listings so it was a daily occurrence to have the same buyer place several separate orders on the same day.
My way around this previously was to "edit package contents" of one of the orders and manually add the other products. This meant I also had to manually dispatch the orders on eBay. I never remembered to this at so my late dispatch rate has been greatly affected by this.
I have noticed recently that a "manage order" option has appeared on the menu for C&D. Now after selecting this you can see any other orders that the same buyer has made and merge them quickly. Both order numbers then appear on the label and the C&D entry. As far as I'm aware, this doesn't work for C&C orders though.
