Never thought I would say this BUT-Simple Delivery saved me a load of grief!! Sold a quite high value item-buyer chose Evri. Now we ALL know how useless Evri are-must have lost about 5 of my items previously and all you can get is a Chatbot and an artificially sympathetic standard reply "must be lost in the system-so unfortunate" etc. Anyway, the tracking was unchanged for 4 days-ALWAYS an Evri red flag-buyer asked where the item was. Asked e-bay who said she should put in a claim. This she did and e-bay messaged me "you're covered-we'll take it from here". 2 days later, Evri tracking took off like a rocket-"in depot-out for delivery-delivered"- and one happy buyer. Moral-when we, as the general public, contact couriers, we are fobbed off. The mighty e-bay, despite their faults have the power to kick ass for both buyers AND sellers. If I had NOT sent this SD, I would a) have been liable for a refund and b)been another statistic of Evri's apparent lax attitude. SD worked for me!

Why allow Evri on your listings - we all know that they are carp. I would never let them near a parcel that I am sending - too many bad experiences over the years, sending and receiving.

With evri it’s pot luck
I used to get all my used clothing delivered ok until I didn’t , they’d have a stretch of 5 or 6 orders close to each other that just got lost …they paid out for them when I claimed though
saving grace is eBay is picking up the tab for their failures when they might not
i think
cos that’s what Kat on eBay said but I ve not read a post yet for a fragile statue or something being smashed by evri and paid out for

We're not likely to as most people come here to moan about things that go wrong, or that they feel to be wrong, not to praise when they go right.
