What do you mean when you say it was not your 'other order'?
Have you checked the tracking to see if there are GPS co-ordinates or a photo?
Have you checked around your property and asked the neighbours?
If your item has not arrived, you can open an 'item not received' case.
However, if the seller has tracking proving delivery to your address, Ebay will close the case in the seller's favour.
