eBay discount code

I bought  something yesterday and on checkout used the eBay discount code SPRING25 which eBay stated would give me a £6.90 discount . It did not and eBay are not telling me why .  Buyer beware !!

Assuming you met T&C's of discount,

you have to enter code on 1st page of checkout at the bottom before paying.
