How can i tell if my Ebay site allows the customer to add another item to their basket from my site?

Thank you for your post.

They should be able to add more of your items unless you have a buyer setting selected that blocks them if they have bought a certain amount in the last 10 days.

Those settings are in account settings> selling preferences> your buyers> managing who can buy from you
