Following the message regarding Simple Delivery being mandatory from 15th April, I have read the Ts and Cs and can't find what the exceptions are - does anybody know where this information is?
If sending an item selling for less than £10, that fits in a Large Letter package, neither me nor the buyer want to be paying £2.70 for postage which is what the Simple Delivery offer is at the moment when I list such an item (currently overriding with Business Policies which will apparently become invalid). RM provide cover up to £20 for the item if I send it Large Letter for £1.55 and have proof of posting so why would I pay £2.70. Its mad!
