Royal Mail Tracking Numbers

I have had a number of purchases where the sellers are quoting Royal Mail tracking numbers that are clearly false. This is the latest one:- 320694911000611B14389

I have repeatedly told sellers these numbers are not recognised but they insist they are Royal Mail.

That tracking number is RM.

I put it into RM website, says update will only show when attempting delivery.

Thank you. This is odd because I’ve just tried it from eBay and it worked! Previous attempts failed as have other attempts using my Royal Mail app
