Refund from seller

Hi,

I purchased a Seagate 4tb hard drive which doesn't work. I informed seller and he/she agreed that I can return it. I then requested seller to send me a return label twice which he/she failed to. I notified eBay and they sent me a message that seller has agreed to send me the return by 9 June which is today. I have still not received any return label from seller.

I tried contacting eBay to step in but the automated machine keeps taking me round and round

Refund from seller

You have to allow the whole of the 9th so you should be able to escalate the case to ebay tomorrow.
