Postage refund

I printed the wrong postage label, so bought the proper postage at the post office. How do I get a refund on my original label? Thanks.

Here you go,  but you may need to wait 24 hours for your label to appear to be able to void it and receive a refund.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

Thank you for your help. I followed your instructions but in the drop down menu it doesn't have void label. It has cancel label.

To void a label is to cancel it,  have you clicked on that.

I thought that might be the case. Yes I've just clicked on it and it came up that they'll contact royal mail. I could take up to 14 days to get any refund.

Yep,  refunds annoyingly are not instant, 14 days is a good result , some take 21 days !
