You may need to wait 24 hours for that label to appear, to void that unused label for your a refund.
Can you perhaps just take this item to a Post Office which deals with Evri parcels. Pay over the counter postage, then you'll need to manually mark the item as dispatched this way:

Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.
Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add any tracking number there too.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
