Is it the 2 negatives for item not received?
If you have received them, then send the seller a message for them to send you 2 feedback revisions to complete.
If the seller has sent you messages they will refund / send the messages If you change those feedbacks then don't change them yet until the matter is properly resolved.
Positive feedback cannot be changed.

Right of the items in your Purchase History from More Actions drop down menu select Contact Seller.
