I've noticed over the last week or so, That when a customer sends a post order enquiry or message, the Order number is now no longer displayed at the top of the message (above the text Box)
So the previously easy route of clicking the order number and it taking you to the order details page, no longer exists.
I can't for the life of me, see any benefit in removing this, and the alternative is now to copy the buyer's name head over to your orders page paste in the buyer name and hope it will bring up the order, that you can then navigate to the order details page from, and find the order number should you wish to search the delivery details in Click & Drop ETC.
Have I got something wrong and am I missing a glaringly obvious other way of doing it, or is the new way a benefit to others, that I don't yet understand ?
