Option for local pickup not available when I list an item

When I list an item for sale I do not get the option for local pickup (collection) only Delivery is offered.

Do you not see this in Delivery details?

• Postage or collection in person Let buyers choose how they get their items.
• Postage only Post items directly to buyers.
• Collection only Arrange collection in person without any postage costs.

  The above appears in ' boxes' alongside each other.

  It could be a glitch with the device or browser you are using.  If using the app or mobile browser,  switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  try from there.

Thanks for the response.

I tried PC and Mac. Tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Collection option is not visible.

Any other suggestions.
