Hi,
I have posted an item back I wished to return because I think the quality is poor. How do I mark it as returned before I miss the deadline? I’ve put in the tracking number but it’s not letting me put anything to say I’ve posted it. The deadline is in 3 days.

Have you opened an official 'Not as described' return case and entered the details there ? ... you have 30 days from delivery date given on the order confirmation to open an 'Item not as described ' case .. Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund ...do that here >

If you have used correct procedure, using a label supplied by seller, once scanned at Post Office, it is automatically shown as dispatched and tracking number added.

Thanks for your responses. I managed to get this resolved in the end and my refund has been issued. I feel like it used to be a little easier and more straightforward than it is now days but this may just be me.
I don’t think the seller provided a return label as I looked multiple times and couldn’t see anything, maybe this is why I struggled a bit.
