Item removed

I’ve had a cutlery set removed due to ebay’s knife policy. I have sold many cutlery sets, there are many for sale by other buyers and many gave sold.

I appealed the decision and list but with no explanation, I had buyers interested and don’t sell on any other platform.
Does anyone know who I can now contact to get an explanation? Thank you.

Re: Item removed

Add a credit card yo our eBay account.

This shows you are 18 years or older the legal age to sell any type of knife on eBay, in fact anywhere in the UK.  Your buyers too,,  need a credit card on file to buy the item.

Cutlery sets are allowed to be sold,  you just have to have your age verified to do so, and this can only be done with eBay by adding a credit card to you eBay account.

Re: Item removed

Thank you. I already have a credit card on my account. It isn't the
priority card but it is listed. I have tried to change it to the main card
but not getting access to do that?? Can't edit or even delete other cards
no longer used?
I have no way of replying to the appeal decision which is frustrating and
none of it makes sense. I do understand the knife policy but have not been
given an answer as to why hundreds of cutlery sets are sold and still
listed but mine removed. This is the second time this has been done. I
deliberately don't use the word knife in the listing too to try and avoid
this happening.

Re: Item removed

Use a PC / laptop , not the app or mobile browser, and use Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay then see if you can change those card details here:
