Is searching for an eBay member possible when they are not a seller?

I decided to do some account tidying - specifically, reviewing my Blocked Bidders list which has lain undisturbed for years. So I copied the first ID on the list and went to Advanced Search, where once upon a time it was possible to find an eBay member by typing in their ID.

The only option I could see was "Find a Seller". All fine providing the eBay member is selling something...

Am I missing something obvious here? Or is it now not possible to find a non-seller?

If you know the buyer's username from your blocked bidder list then all you need to do is add it to the end of the standard ebay profile url to go to their account. So enter https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/username into your browser to find any ebay user.

No, you can't search for buyers or non-selling sellers.

Thank you! I have now been able to update the list by removing those who are no longer registered users.
