How to promote listing

I am new to Ebay but i don't have option to promote my listing. What i need to do ?

You are a new seller so you will not be able to promote your items just yet.

New eBay UK sellers are generally not eligible for Promoted Listings. Promoted Listings are typically restricted to Above Standard and Top-rated sellers with a certain level of account activity. eBay UK's official help pages state this explicitly.
