I received a letter from Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited stating I owe £538.22 regarding an eBay Commerce UK Ltd charge. I contacted them to tell them this was not me. They recommended I contact Action Fraud and get a crime reference number, which I did. I got another letter from Moorcroft a couple of days ago stating I still owe this money, as eBay claimed it was not a fraudulent charge. I called Moorcroft and they said I should contact Ebay. How can I speak to an actual person at Ebay to resolve this? I would appreciate any advice someone could offer. Thank you!!
