Feedback revision request

I recently purchased a bag which was as described on receipt and I left positive feedback. The bag started fraying/the stitching noticably unravelled after just 1 use & I requested a feedback revision request form from the seller & attached photos of the item as proof. The seller has totally ignored me - twice! I dont want a refund, I just want to revise my feedback as I expect to use a bag more than once! Any suggestions on what I should do, if anything?

Positive feedback can't be revised but you can put a follow-up onto it from your feedback > "Left for others" page.
