Evri label not working/expired/used

Can anyone advise or help since ebay has no way of proper customer support.

Im trying to post an item I sold tuesday. Postage label was created on the 26th and downloaded to my phone. I've gone to drop the parcel off at the evri drop-off and its saying its expired/been used. Ebay won't let me cancel the label or get a new one or at least I cant find the option? What do I do?

Best post/purchase out yourself if the label has been cancelled, as that can happen with ebays new simple delivery.
