DATA Request

Hello, Due to several anomilies on my account, (References to Possible multi accounts which I havnt opened))

I requested a Data report which arrived today but I am unable to open the file  and when checking downloads it appeared to be an empty file.?

Can anyone kindly advise on how to open ?
