Creating invoice for multiple items

Getting more and more frustrated with EBay, for some reason I can’t seem to send an invoice? The “send an invoice” on the dropdown menu seems to have gone. If I click on an individual items from an order of multiples, it doesn’t give me the option either. Both on the app and the website. 🤷‍♂️

It's another glitch, I'm afraid.   eBay are apparently working on it but we've no idea when it will be fixed.  In the meantime buyer has to pay full price and then you can issue a partial refund.
