Combining postage

Hi, I have 11 items in my cart from the same seller I want to buy. Seller says they combine post and have all settings switched to combine, however it is not combining. I've contacted the seller, they are not helping, what can I do? I want to buy the items but not pay individually for post when it's all going to be shipped together anyway.

Combining postage can only be worked out by seller, as there is no way a system can automatically work out weight, size and value.

It is up to seller to sort out, although unless seller has immediate payment required, the simple way is to buy, seller then sends an invoice with correct postage.

There is currently an ebay site issue with combined postage.

Sending invoices is temporarily unavailable

 

We're working to fix this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you want to send combined postage discounts, we recommend refunding the postage difference to your buyer after purchase.
