Hi, I seem to be having the same issue as a few others I've seen. I am selling some of my sons pokemon cards, individually. Last week I had no issue setting postage as a 2nd class letter, for 87p. Now I can not select that option, it selects it, and then disappears almost instantly. The cheapest next option is then almost double that cost, which isn't appealing for buyers. Would anybody be able to help please?

We have had reports from other users regarding this issue and have opened a ticket with tech. Can you share an example item number where you experienced the issue and I'll get your account added to the ticket.

I have item number 365570917696 that I've tried to change this morning, and won't switch over. Any draft I do with the app also refuses to keep 2nd class letter as an option. I can however choose 2nd class large letter.

Thank you for the item details. I'll include this with the report for tech. In the meantime users have worked around the issue by selecting a different postage option and then changing at checkout from a large letter to small letter.
Once there is further updates from tech on a fix I will post back.
