Address missing

Hi, I have sold an item, but the email notification and sold section on my eBay account does not show the buyers address etc! 
I have contacted the buyer, who I totally understand is slightly concerned that I can’t see details so is worried to provide details in a message, even though this would still be through the eBay contact emails.

I’ve tried to find info on eBay to assist, but am having no luck whatsoever. 
Can anyone help please?

Have you clicked on SEND PAYMENT DETAILS, in other words an invoice or if buyer has paid The ORDER NUMBER.

All information you need is available.

It looks as though you are using Simple postage, and if you do not use the systems in place you will find it gets very complicated. Printing a label will of course have the buyers address.

I’ve never had to print label on any of my previous listings, (don’t have printer) so really don’t know how this has now happened. 
can I view details any other way?

If you have listed with Simple Delivery, you should use it.  Read how it works by looking at Ebay's guidance.

Yes as I said, go to seller hub, at the top ORDERS that means sold items. Click and you then have options, 

Awaiting Payment,

Paid and awaiting dispatch,

Dispatched.

 Which ever of these covers your situation at the top is ORDER NUMBER, click that and full details of buyers address are shown.

To find your way around it pays to click on things you do not understand, it can do very little harm as most things need a second action for anything to happen.

I also think that unless you can avoid Simple Postage, which I  think will become difficult, you need to read up about it, as you will have problems posting if you do not understand it. Whatever ebay calls it, in my opinion it is not at all simple, as it requires a long explanation.

Thank you, somehow managed to come across and click print invoice, which should full details. Did screen shot, so now have what I need. Thank you again, very much appreciated.
