Address fault

I received an order, clicked on it and the order asked me to send to an address in England. I did so. I then discover that the buyer lives in the United States. I went back to check the order and there is a part that says 'show recipient address', I clicked on it and it says 'do not post to this address' and then it shows the buyer's address in the United States. What is going on?

That sounds right.   With eBay's Global Shipping programme you send to the UK hub in Lichfield and they forward it to the buyer in the USA.

Thanks for replying. The problem is I didn't see the american address and only paid to send it to Staffordshire

That's correct.   The buyer pays ebay for the onward international shipping.
