this new ebay way of postage is causing so many problems - I don't have access to printer so write my own labels and post via Royal Mail  -  at first you could change to switch to advanced options and enter your own but now there is no option  -  have been on twice to the on-line help - they couldn't solve and said it is something at ebay end so each time they referred to a special department and said maybe couple of days - still not heard so can't list or re-list

been with ebay many years and always felt happy but lately with all the changes - some seem not necessary - feel little unhappy

Well I always do my own postage and the select ADVANCED POSTAGE option I have used several times today.

If you can't find the advanced option try using the sell similar or relist link from a previous item and change the details to what you want.

it isn't giving me the option to change to advanced settings - don't have printer to use the ebay or evri labels (also not sure about qr codes) so can't list or re-list until it is sorted  -  looks like a few others having problems - also someone says where it says buyer protected and seller - it isn;t always the case

have tried that too thanks - only other thing have thought of is to try and do a template

so many to list or re-list it will take ages to re-do  -  wondering whether to list elsewhere

am hoping if/when they do eventually get back in touch there is a quick way of sorting it - maybe they can do a bulk re-list for me!
