I sell some items.
They fit in to a standard envelope, weigh a few grams, and did cost 87p to post.
Stupid Delivery deemed them to be a parcel, at £3.38 each.
I spoke to one of their highly trained people, and was told to book out with their label, book out with my label, and claim it back.
14 days to decide, then up to 45 days for them to pay.
I am 30 days in, and still waiting.
In the meantime, I have sold another one.
I opened the invoice, got the address, and sent it 2nd class. Did not download label, it is still showing as "need to dispatch" in my sales box.
Now, here's the rub. Looking at my account a few minutes ago, Ebay have taken £3.38 for Stupid Delivery, for an unopened unprinted label, as well as the 87p I have already paid Royal Mail.
Any suggestions please?
