Simple postage automatically and wrongly decided that my parcel was cabin and gave me a choice of weights of up to 750g (rather light for big parcel) or up to 1kg or up to 15kg. So being 2.5kg I have to pay for 15kg. Clearly this is a technical problem but if so why are we being forced to use a flawed service? Ebay useless customer service tell me that Simple postage allows us to print labels and post easily a tracked service which is either evri (sadly all three of my local evri drop off points have broken printers) or the Royal Mail where I get to queue for an hour. The postage system used to work on Ebay ..... simple postage does not work. What are we supposed to do ?
