Simple Delivery - Messages not received

My buyers personalisation details were not captured by ebay. I tried to send messages to obtain the details but eBay messaged back, stating, "Your buyer has reached out about their order. Since you used Simple Delivery, we'll work with your buyer directly on any delivery related questions." Hence, no communication seems to be available between the seller and buyer?? Can anyone advise how to enable message contact with buyers please

You need to upgrade to a business account.

Private accounts are for selling your own personal possessions. If you make (or personalise) items to sell, you are trading and need to have a business account.

Business sellers don't have to use Simple Delivery so this issue would be resolved for you and you would be following consumer law.
