Refunds

Hello. Just had a customer return an item (doesn't state why and the product was next to new condition!) and it states that ebay have issued them a refund and I won't receive the product back. Is it right that I get to keep all of the money from the sale too and nothing to do my end now? What happens to the product in this situation?

The buyer keeps it.

If they start a return case using the reason 'arrived damaged', and you used Simple Delivery, Ebay refunds the buyer, you keep the buyer's payment, and the buyer can dispose of the item as they see fit.
