Hi,

I have just sold my first item on eBay. The buyer wanted me to send it by Royal Mail but the only option I could see to get the address was to print off the Evri slip. The item now has the Evri tracking number next to it. I have posted it with Royal Mail and have a tracking number for that but I can't find a way to change it in the system.

I went online and I can't see how I can do it.

I am concerned the parcel will be undelivered by Evri ( which is accurate) and I won't get the funds.

There does not seem to be anyway I can contact eBay. Can anyone advise?

Use a laptop / PC and try Chrome, that seems to work best with eBay.

Then, add the new tracking this way:

Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
Click on "View order details"
Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
Click on the "Add tracking" option
A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

You are a new seller and haven't used Simple Delivery, which is mandatory for Private sellers. You will receive your payout do not worry, but it may be held a little longer 30 days or so.
