Possible Scam

I had ordered a cat tower which did not arrive, contacted seller no response but this morning a tracking number appeared on the order details, say being dispatched today. This package arrive today but was a bolt. Again tried to contact seller no response. Having now looked at sellers reviews it appears that he has done this several times this month to other buyers. Trying to contact Ebay but seems impossible. Anyone got any suggestions pleas?

Open an eBay return, select the 'doesn't match photo or description' reason.

The seller should provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If they don't, then after 3 business days you can ask eBay to step in.

Adding to Vyolla's correct advice familiarise yourself with eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee,  this is written on every listing on the right hand side,  and can be read from the link below.  It could save you a lot of time and money in the future,  when buying items on eBay.

Why do you think it is necessary to contact ebay?  You did not receive what you paid for so open A NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller then has to supply a return label, and on return refund in full. No action from seller and you just escalate to ebay.

The 30 day money back guarantee is on EVERY LISTING right side. why ever don’t you read it?

When buyers can get a full refund, and seller risks getting defects, and bad feedback, any seller doing this sort of thing will not last long on ebay. Just two defects would probably get seller suspended, as ebay expect no more than two defects per 100 sales
