I wasn’t given the option to drop off my parcel at a collection point. I’m not going to be in when it’s set to be collected. How do I change this? Thanks!
Assuming Simple Delivery is involved you won't be able to change it. You'd have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
