How do I report an issue with the ebay website?

I was trying to search for a 'food net' using the search bar on Ebay this morning. After clicking 'Search' the webpage took an absolute age to respond, so long that I started looking on a different website like Amazon or Dunelm. I don't think this is good for businesses on Ebay if people are put off by how long it takes for the website to respond. And also, I don't see any way to report this on the Contact Us page. How do I report this to them? I'm just overall not impressed with my shopping experience. I don't get this problem on any other website.

I've just searched food net, instant results.

If using the app, switch to website.

Make sure device & browser are up to date.

Clear cache & cookies.

Same here, 2,600 food net options showed instantly.

Using a Pc,make sure your device is all up to date, with the latest software updates, and make sure your browser is also upto date via settings
