Help, I have sent a few items to the USA with great success through GSP. In the past i just send the item to a UK sorting hub and Ebay charge the customer and sort out the custom charges. 

For a while i could not send to the USA but now we seem to be back in business. 

I sold an item to the USA last night and this time i have to sort out the postage costs and custom charges. Has GSP changed for the US? Have i missed something? What did i do differently?

Any guidance or direction to who i can live chat to though Ebay would be very much appreciated please.

eBay have suspended GSP to USA due to Trump's tariffs.

The GSP has been suspended to the US, and if you're sending the item yourself make sure that you add the country of origin to the CN22 (tiny line at the bottom right of the CN22/23 label) and get it to the US and through customs before the 29th August.

From August 29th orders coming into the US will be subject to an import fee, the de minimis exemption will be gone. 

For six months, a temporary flat tariff (ranging from $80 to $200, depending on the item's origin) may apply to postal shipments
